Cape Light Homes completely refurbished this home by deploying a more modern layout and design. First, we removed all of the carpeting throughout the house and restored the original hardwood floors. Next, the kitchen was completely renovated with an improved efficiency layout featuring modern appliances, granite countertops, an undermounted sink, and a kitchen island with bar seating. Finally, the bathrooms were updated with new fixtures and travertine tile and granite.
